The mainnet plan
| Term | Amount |
|---|---|
| Price | 10 USDG per FNDY |
| Minimum raise | 15,000 USDG |
| Maximum raise | 1,000,000 USDG |
| Available at successful finalization | 25% of your tokens |
| Remaining tokens | 75% unlock gradually over 90 days |
These are the planned mainnet terms. Before contributing, use the terms shown for the actual sale you are joining.
Where your contribution goes
Before the sale succeeds, contributions stay in the sale contract. After successful finalization, 75% goes to the treasury and 25% goes into the FNDY/USDG pool so people can trade.
There is no team share of sale proceeds, no team or contributor token allocation, and no community reserve allocation.
At a full 1,000,000 USDG raise, buyers receive 100,000 FNDY and the pool receives 25,000 FNDY. That makes 125,000 FNDY at launch. A smaller successful raise creates proportionally fewer tokens. Future bonds and staking can increase supply.
When can you claim?
For a purchase of 1,000 FNDY, 250 becomes claimable when the sale successfully finalizes. Another 750 unlocks gradually over 90 days. By day 45, a total of 625 has unlocked; by day 90, all 1,000 has unlocked.
Open Genesis claims to collect the amount available now. Anything you already claimed is deducted from the remaining amount.
If the sale does not reach the minimum
If the deadline passes below the minimum, you can claim your contribution back. No Genesis tokens are issued for a failed sale. Your refund is based on what that wallet actually contributed, not the amount typed into a form.
Testing the sale
The fresh rehearsal uses a 50,000 mock USDG cap and a 15,000 minimum, with no separate wallet limit. It uses the same 10 USDG price, 25% initial unlock, 90-day remaining vesting and 75% treasury / 25% liquidity split.
Older test sales can have different terms. A new website or deployment does not move old contributions or change their original claim schedule. The sale page reads the selected contract.
